$200 Per Session (a session is 60 minutes)
Superbills & Insurance
I do not accept insurance. However, I will provide a superbill for those clients who are reimbursed through a healthcare plan.
Cancellations
Cancellations can be made by contacting me at (626) 621-0400 and must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a full charge.
As of January 1, 2022 under the "No Surprises Act", healthcare providers need to give patients who don't have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the bill for medical items and services. This includes all therapists who are in private practice. You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency items or services.
What this means? After beginning treatment you will receive a document entitled "Good Faith Estimate" explaining the new law and documented cost of fees. This document is not binding and will not list any additional fees other than my hourly billing rate already provided to you at the time of service.
